Board Opening

The Board of Directors should have five sitting directors per the association's declarations of condominium. One of the board members is desiring to step down due to other obligations. The board member stepping down is the current President, but the person filling this vacancy would not have to assume the President's duties. The Board decides each role and this new member would start off as a director before assuming any position (Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, President).

This is a wonderful experience, and we highly encourage someone in the community to get involved, you will not regret it.
